Appreciation + Important Updates!
Peace family,
We hope this message finds you and your loved ones well. We would like to express our deep appreciation for your support of our efforts to build a cooperative, community run grocery store in Cherry Hill! We know this work means nothing without the cooperation of our community and we thank you for helping us in the struggle to build food sovereignty in South Baltimore.
We really been out here working and we have some important updates that we'd like to share with you!
In November 2022, we launched a monthly event called "Kickin' It With The Co-Op" The purpose of this event is to build community, listen and learn together. This event is completely free and happens on the second Friday of every month at 638 Cherry Hill Road, 5-7pm. We appreciate everyone who joined us in November and December. On January 13th, 2023 we will be hosting a screening of the film "Baltimore's Strange Fruit" which is a documentary produced by Black Yield Institute. You can register here: bit.ly/KWC-2023
Our Pop-Up Market returns on January 7th, 2023! We will be at 638 Cherry Hill Road every Saturday from 1-5pm. Come get your fresh produce and learn more about our work!
We have access to an indoor space and we're excited to offer this space to vendors. If you're interested in being a vendor during our Saturday Pop-Up Market, please complete our vendor form: bit.ly/CHFCVendor
